Mid Cheshire Against HS2 was set up in response to the Government’s proposal of the new High Speed Two railway.
Here at Square Gate, we decided to get on board with the worthy campaign and design a website that local people could get involved with.
Social Media Integration
Any successful campaign needs the functionality to share stories, advertise events and post the all latest news.
We ensured this was possible by creating a bespoke website built onWordPress, allowing content to be easily uploaded, maintained and kept up to date by themselves.
The integration of social media also allowed the events to be shared on various platforms, extending their campaign even further.
Logo Design
Mid Cheshire Against HS2 is a strong campaign and the logo design needed to reflect this.
The clear indication of ‘stop’ was created by using the colour red and a train icon being placed in a circular target. The large type also enhanced this, giving it a bold look.
